How to book a conference room using Oracle Beehive


Following are the steps used to book a conference room using Oracle Beehive.

1) Login to ZIMBRA  using your  SSO credentials

2)  Select the Calendar tab

3) Right click on the day you want to book the conference room

Select New Appointment



4) In QuickAdd Appointment tab Select More Details button


5) select Find Locations tab,

Find Conference Rooms based on Name, Capacity, Location, Building



6)  Select the conference you want to book,


7) Once selection completes , browse to Appointment Details then save


8) Conference Room booking is completed ... :-)
